2025-2026 Transportation Forms
2025-2026 Transportation application links are on the bottom of this page. Please find your home school district and click on the link. If your district is not listed, please email Mrs. Lascarides at glascarides@hcali.org.
Under New York State law, children entering Kindergarten through Eighth Grade are eligible for bus transportation from their home school district. Applications MUST be received by your district office BEFORE April 1st. If your application is not received by this date, your school district can and will refuse to transport your child, and you will have to arrange to drive him/her to and from school each day next year.
We would advise you to apply even if you are unsure whether you will be utilizing the service, you can always cancel it.
Also, please submit the HCA 2025-2026 school hours sheet to your district along with your completed transportation application. It can be found here.
All completed forms should be sent DIRECTLY TO YOUR DISTRICT before April 1, 2025.
2025-2026 HCA calendar information will be sent to each school district transportation office and private transportation companies.
