At Holy Child Academy, our mission—aligned with the seven core goals of our school—begins in the Early Childhood Division—Toddlerhood, Nursery, and Pre-K—where joyful learning, exploration, and wonder shape every day. From the moment a child enters our vibrant hallways, they are embraced by a nurturing, loving environment where each child is truly seen and valued as an individual. Indoor and outdoor Play is the focus of the ECC, Holy Child is rooted in the innocence of a child’s wonderment.

The spark of learning and friendship ignited in these earliest years carries through their time at Holy Child and beyond. Rooted in faith and purpose, Holy Child introduces children to the foundations of spirituality, guiding their growth with compassion, care, and a sense of connection to something greater than themselves.

We deeply believe in the power of partnership with families.

In addition to curriculum nights and parent-teacher conferences, we prioritize ongoing communication and family engagement. We share daily moments through photos, provide weekly newsletters, invite families to classroom events and celebrations, and connect individually throughout the year to share meaningful updates and progress.

At Holy Child, family is more than a word—it’s a way of life. And it all begins in our Early Childhood Center.

This program is available up to five mornings a week for children who are 2 years old by October 1st.

Our Toddler Program at Holy Child Academy offers a supportive, fun, and enriching introduction to school life, centered on hands-on learning and the power of play.

  • Early learning concepts including colors, shapes, counting, numbers, and letters are introduced through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

  • Weekly enrichment classes include library visits, music, movement, and daily outdoor play.

  • Toddlers develop vital social skills such as listening, sharing ideas, and forming friendships in a safe, nurturing environment.

  • Children interface with our Farm Life curriculum by visiting the chickens and collecting fresh eggs, connecting them with nature and community.

  • Children engage in thematic units featuring stories, sing-alongs, and creative art projects that encourage self-expression and cooperation.

  • A careful balance of open play and structured activities honors each child’s unique interests and developmental pace.
