Transportation Information

Under New York State law, children entering Kindergarten through Eighth Grade are eligible for bus transportation from their home school district.  Applications MUST be received by your district office BEFORE April 1st. If your application is not received by this date, your school district can and will refuse to transport your child, and you will have to arrange to drive him/her to and from school each day next year.

22-23 Transportation application links are to the right of this page.  Please find your home school district and click on the link to download the application.  If your district is not listed, please email Mrs. Prunella at aprunella@hcali.org.

We would advise you to apply even if you are unsure whether you will be utilizing the service, you can always cancel it.  

Along with your completed transportation application, also submit the HCA 22-23 school hours sheet to your district.  It can be found to the right of this page.

 All completed forms should be sent DIRECTLY TO YOUR DISTRICT before April 1, 2022

2022-2023 HCA calendar information will be sent to each school district transportation office and private transportation companies.

Public School District Registration

Some public-school districts require all students to be registered with their district, whether they attend public or private schools.  This enables your child to receive transportation, health services and textbooks.  Please visit your home school district website for additional information.

Uniform Information

Flynn O’Hara is the official uniform company of HCA.   All uniform items are required to be purchased through Flynn O’Hara.  While in school, students are only allowed to wear appropriate, permissible HCA uniform items.

Financial Aid Information

Please use the link on the right of this page to apply for Financial Aid for the 22-23 school year.  All Financial Aid applications must be received by our office by March 15th.  Financial aid applications must be submitted even if you have received financial assistance in previous years, you must apply every year.
